Aluminum Chromium Nitride (ALCrN)
Aluminum Chromium Nitride coating is one of the high performance, all rounder kind of coating.
With a service temperature of 1100 Deg. C, Aluminum Chromium Nitride coating is able to maintain it’s high hardness at high heat. This enable it to be suitable for both dry and wet machining.
The high wear resistant of Aluminum Chromium Nitride is very suitable for plastic resin above 30% Glass fill in Plastic Injection moulding, stamping and punching of tough steel materials. In Aluminum die casting, it is used for erosion protection.
